The Gypsy Series. When spray rose goes beyond the classics 20-03-2026 / Flower types we supply

In recent years, spray roses have been firmly associated with Kenya. The market has grown accustomed to their volume, consistency, and wide range. But for some time now, a new trend has been emerging - one that is more selective, more designerly. Ecuador is testing the waters in this segment, focusing not on production scale for now, but on the uniqueness and character of the product.

It is precisely in this context that the launch of the Gypsy series is particularly interesting to observe. This is not just a new line, but an attempt to rethink the very aesthetics of spray roses.

The first thing that catches your eye when you see the Gypsy series is its shape. It is almost wild, a bit chaotic, with the feel of natural blooming, bearing little resemblance to a classic rose. That is what makes it so special. It does not look predictable, on the contrary, it adds movement, lightness, and the currently trendy organicity that modern floristry strives for.

Such roses do not require a complex setting. They create the bouquet’s structure and a natural, garden-like casualness all on their own. They can serve as the base in a single-variety bouquet or as a strong accent in more complex arrangements.

These roses do not require elaborate arrangements. They naturally define the bouquet’s structure and lend it a casual, garden-like charm. They can serve as the foundation for a mono bouquet or as a striking focal point in more complex arrangements

Currently, the series includes two varieties

It is interesting that some varieties in the series bear a visual resemblance to Ecuador’s iconic roses. For example, Gypsy Kiwi resembles the Veggie variety in its aesthetic, fresh green hue, and unusual shape. This resemblance is not direct, but rather on a sensory level - the same rare shade and the same unconventional structure.

The Gypso series is available year-round in lengths of 40–60 cm

Available in HB (Half Box) and QB (Quattro Box) packaging in bunches of 10 stems:

  • 100 stems / QB
  • 300 stems / HB

It is important to note that this series is an exclusive, limited-edition product, not a mass-market item. It is an attempt to offer the market something that stands out in both form and feel
