First of all, congratulations on the upcoming New 2019 Year!

As a rule, holidays nearly always make allowances for the schedule of deliveries of flower cargoes.

With that in mind, we kindly ask you to send your orders for the last shipment of 2018 and the first one in 2019 in Amsterdam before December 15, 2018.

The business schedule of Daoflowers employees during the New Year period:

Saturday-Tuesday shipments in Amsterdam:

1. We accept orders for all requested shipment dates in Amsterdam (Saturday-Tuesday); online purchase will operate as usual (Wednesday-Friday).
2. 01.01.2019 is the day off. On this day, the staff will not be available. Please send your messages demanded immediate replies to dao@daoflowers.com. They will be processed 02.01.2019 at the earliest opportunity.
3. Orders for the New Year period please send before December 15, 2018.

Wednesday-Friday shipments in Amsterdam:

1. Orders for shipment on January 2-3 will not be accepted and will not be processed due to the New Year holidays.
2. Days Off: 31.12.2018 and 01.01.2019
   Employees will be in touch.
3. Orders for the New Year period have to be placed before December 15, 2018
